We shall try out best to make sure your order is delivered to you in perfect conditions, should you find any fault or damage, please contact Customer support immediately (and within 3 working days from delivery).
If the product arrived to you in perfect conditions, but you have changed your mind and still want to return it, we will accept return of undamaged, sealed orders, but we will retain a £10 fee from the purchase to cover postage & transaction costs. Before returning the product, get in touch with the Customer support.

Happy or your money back!If you are not satisfied with the purchase of your purchase or you decide to stop stocking Orzo♥Espresso within 1 year from purchasing (invoice date) your Orzo♥Espresso pods portafilter, we will accept a returned used portafilter and refund the full value of the portafilter minus £10 P&P charge. This does not affect your statutory rights.
